I’m trying to do uuna’s world tour at the first part of going to the gate of the setting sun and its not triggering her event and i have walked all over not mounted at all. the event doesn’t trigger

That is on the border of Vale, so could be affected by the 8.3 visions of N’zoth content. If you talk to Zidormi and go to past-Pandaria, that might allow the event to trigger.
A lot of folks have been having the problem. It’s bugged in either timeline

Best I can figure is the Vale assault phases the Vale plus a strip of land along the Dread Wastes border on the Dread Wastes side. Zidormi only reverts the Vale. So they either need a Dread Wastes Zidormi for that little strip, or they need to enlarge what Vale Zidormi can do.
It is currently affecting the Uuna chain, starting the Dread Wastes zone achieve, and a couple of later quests in the Dread Wastes chain that go near the wall.
