Will the Brutosaur mount be removed at pre-patch or on Shadowlands release?

Be safe… Assume the worse. Get it before pre-patch.
Stuff like that is usually part if the prepatch since that is when all the game changes happen. It might be held back to launch though to give people the extra couple weeks to get it.
It’s prolly best to assume prepatch just to be safe.
