This is only happening in arenas. he ques in, the match starts loading in, and about 3/4 of the way he gets disconnected and gets the error. His only work around to this is the character stuck option, but this is only available every couple hours once doing it, and he’s stuck losing rating because of this.
He has tried updating his pc including drivers, has reached out to customer support numerous times, has uninstalled and reinstalled about 3 or 4 times now, and has even tried playing with no addons.
Can anyone help me figure this out for him because i’m at a loss, and this is ridiculous that he has reached out to customer support only for no one to give him any solution to fix this. Thank you!
