Week or two, that’s cute. At week one pace it’d would have taken around 2 months to get everything.

There’s nothing at the event that’s unique enough to take up more than a day’s time. You can do everything specific to the event in one day. The way it was set up week one was to be a long drawn out grind that if you missed a week you’d be out of luck.

It speeds up with the daily quests we are getting, reduction of cost achievement and giving tokens per activity achievement.

Spending some time going to the anniversary area, how dreadful.

As I pointed out earlier, hanging out with people, meeting people and having fun with others was the point, not the rewards. So yeah, it wasnt a problem at all, but now event will be dead this weekend.

I can be disappointed with that, given that it was just fun hanging out with people. First week got 4 new peeps in my friend list and accepted to join a Raid Prog group just from meeting people there, soo… Shame.

Because there’s no way to meet people in game other than this event. Well I hate that you will have to go into isolation because you think the event will be dead in 2 days.

And sadly, socially most people are genuine bad. Trade chat is just blobs of texts where many people dont even pay attention to. City Hubs, no one ever talks, AFK or busy. World? You rarely see people. Any Queued content? No one ever speaks save for PvP to trash talk each other.

So, yeah, I would argue that any event that enables people meeting is a good thing. Not for everyone, sure, but as I pointed out, the more empty it is, less people who are interested in that go to the event.

Maybe I will be proven wrong, but I have almost no hope now. I can be disappointed to see something fun go away just because people want rewards that 90% wont ever use it.

So find a guild. I always see guilds recruiting. Join some. Make friends there. Join some discord servers, make friends there.

Very disappointing that this is only available to one character… So doing the Celebration events on alts for more tokens, is a complete waste of time.
