Broken Shore Rares vs. 8.2 Rares

Why the regression in terms of rare mob design?

Broken Shore, imo handled rares nearly perfectly. They were marked on the map (didn’t need an addon), and rather than spawning once every 2-8 hours, they kept respawning for 2-3 hours before disappearing and were on some sort of rotation. Why are we back to camping rares on top of the pets/mounts being super rare? On top of that, it makes the kill x amount of rares world quest incredibly annoying to complete. This all feels like a massive step back in design, idk if I’m the only one that feels this way.

Because people wanted “Timeless isle experience” again and that included rares…well hey you got em and they SUCK.

Yeah, I switched to a new follower, Neri since I got to level 30 on Peon and I got the Hyrdra daily. And those respawns are so slow especially if there are a lot of players in there area. Hydras only have one area at that.

The Scale Matriarchs are kinda weird spawn timers. So random.
