How do I start the Broken Shore quests if I’m level 60 and no longer have access to Chromie Time? I just want to start the quests to get the Dalaran hearthstone. Is there another way to get it?
Not sure if this will still work, but it used to.
Did you try talking to the guy on the wolf outside of Orgrimmar? The exclamation may not show up over his head, because it’s a low level quest, but in the past I have used it to jump start the quest.
Holgar Stormaxe? He’s the one I see outside of Orgrimmar on a wolf. He doesn’t offer me anything 
Did you try the Hero’s Call board?
Yes, but I did not see the quest before my quest log filled up. I tried a couple times.
The only thing I can think to do is to do all those quests to complete them, then go back to the board…
