so i don’t know if anyone else is finding this to be a issues but in the start of icecrown the argent vandgaurd / scourgeholme area either has a phaseing issues or some buggy ore but every ore node i find in theses area show as they are lootable and no one around but when i mine it my toon kneels down to loot and i get a message saying this item can not be looted at this time even tho im the only one around i get to mine it 2-3 times before it no longer shines but still there getting tired of this its only in this area of Icecrown

Can confirm this, Scourgeholme all mining is bugged.
Yes, there’s some phasing thing going on. I was having an issue with a herb in that area this morning, in the exact way you described.
There’s an icethorn there too that has problems.
