You do you boo.

You do realize that you can talk/insult the person behind the character? That is not what this is.

But your harassing my eyes when I see a half naked cow on my screen.

Can you grab me a beer while you are there?

Were you really attached to that whistle emote, or are you just being grumpy? Either way, I suggest a nap.

Is your GF/BF 2D? Do you think pixels resemble reality? I certainly hope not… You need to learn the difference and stop mocking those who do.

But what if I find skimpy/ nude mogs offensive? Why. Should YOU get to express yourself when I am offended?

Now replace skimpy/ nude mogs with whistle.

Do you start to see how it is the same and a double standard?

Anyway, apologizing for going off topic and throwing insults, back to the actual post about the game.

Your theory for why the whistle was changed is jut that a theory. Blizzard never stated why, we can only guess as to why.

But the problem is, you’re acting like the transmog change is purely for women and female characters to show off their skin.

i’d bet you alot we’ll see a lot more shirtless Tauren and Orc men running around than we will Blood Elves in bikinis. The transmog change is universally for everyone.

Some people felt the /whistle was harassing. That’s the only point that matters here. You’re trying to draw a distinction that it is directed at a pixel rather than to a person’s face. That is just demonstrably asinine.

You need to learn the difference and stop mocking those who do.

I’m mocking a terrible argument, made by the likes of you.

You are the one who equated whistling at pixels to it being directed at the person behind them… So again, I’ll tell you to learn the difference and stop making a fool of yourself trying to reason a flawed argument…

Someone whistled at me in a video game! Call the fun police!

Have to. Way too much passion here over a whistle on both sides.

If men had complained about being whistled at the whistle would have never been changed.

But because a woman had an issue with it, it was changed almost immediately.

Double standards.

It is not the same or a double standard. People make the choice to wear skimpy transmog. I cannot make the choice for you not to /whistle at me. One is an action I choose, the other is an action “forced” on me.

I believe you can call the real police in England these days.

Some people will always feel some way. Doesn’t mean they are right or that I have to agree with them.

So the wolf whistle effects other people so it gets removed, What about the people who find offense to semi-nude characters…do they not count?

If a woman complains about semi nude characters, they will restrict all transmogs.

If past policy on this is evidence of future action.
