Previously, I was able to go to Khadgar in the Violet Citadel, accept the quest since I already have the achievement and instantly get access to world quests on all my characters.
Recently I’m trying to get an artifact appearance from a world quests on my DK. I have world quests unlocked for about 8 characters, but I never accepted the quest for this DK. Khadgar is no longer there in the Violet Citadel offering the quest for instant access to world quests, this is the case on all my characters who have previously not unlocked them. Is this due to the NPC now being in the basement for the pre-patch event? Any way around this?
