From all of the reading and videos that I’ve watched on this there are 2 groups of people. Those that get the quest drop for rank 3 on their first skin; and the rest of us. It’s getting comical now. 15k leather, 2k scales, not including what I would have farmed when Legion was live, since I started this back up. The Waist of Time transmog is a walk in the park for time invested compared to this. Why can’t we get some bad luck skinning protection for this old stuff? Tolerable is about 6 hours in the rearview mirror at this point.
I have changed zones, gone into instances, spun 6 times counter-clockwise while jumping. Rant complete…back to skinning. : /
