Try playing combat rogue, run around in BFA to get pirate looking gear and you’re done. Guy can shot pistols fires a grappling hook. has pickpocket. go nuts

I wish it was more swashbuckly but I don’t know what that would look like. I only know fast attacking ain’t it.
