this isnt true. Only the mythic version has the effect unless you use the item you get from hero/2400/CE
donāt care really, it still required a lot more effort than how classic players got it.
They should have done the same for the Legion Class Hall, an item that adds the complete variants of the Legion transmog, in the case of the DK it is Helmet, Shoulder Pads and Waist, in this way they keep the one we get in Legion relevant and they give the full version without it being nerfed
Well the good news is Iāll save some money until The War Within comes out lol
I could have found my fun with the event if there were at least challenge mode set recolors available. Without it I just honestly donāt care about it at all. I donāt care about mounts, I got the handful that I like and I just use those. I likely wont care about any of the other transmogs based on what Iāve seen unless they introduce some heavily class themed options.
I want class themed armor/weapon appearances and thatās really all I ever care about from the cosmetics in this game. Everything else is just like āok well thereās backpiece number 400 Iāll never use.ā
letās be real: no one cares about the MOP CM sets, you just want them because they are unobtainable and you canāt have them.
well good news for you!
MrGM has datamined the class sets that are marked as rewards for achievements in MoP remix: they are recolors of the trading post class sets.
Thatās interesting that you think that. What do you base this random unhinged response on? There are tons of unobtainable items in the game (and some still obtainable like the vicious saddle mounts) that I couldnāt care less about.
I started playing at the tailend of MoP right before WoD came out, I didnāt even know the challenge mode sets (or CMs in general) were even a thing, why on earth would I like about wanting them lol
i dont understand this statement, can you please reword this?
Just a typo; lie*
i never said you āliedā about wanting the challenge mode sets.
i just made the observation that literally no one really cares about the sets just for their aestheticsā¦ people just want the CM sets because they are unobtainable and rare.
but if you could obtain them, then they wouldnt be rare and no one would want them.
i just explained that your desire for the challenge mode sets lies in their rarity, not in their appearances.
Idk that I agree. I think the sets look good and have nice effects. Iāve had a mog in mind for the pally one Iād love to use.
I had the spirit of competition since 2007, or whenever it was realeased. I had no issues with it being released for free on the trading post.
I also really want to get to experience CMs. I think it would be so fun to lvl and gear up alts just to do them. But oh well, guess Iāll skip the event instead.
I donāt care about rarity. There are a lot of rare appearances and mounts that I own that I never even use. I like what I find aesthetically appealing, which in this case is class themed stuff. Itās why I grinded the artifact appearances on every class, just because I thought it was cool (I donāt have the mage tower ones and some of the pvp ones yet, but I did get a bunch and I have a lot of options to pick from).
Youāre maybe misreading my emotional investment in this, Iām not mad I just literally donāt care about this event unless the cm armor sets were introduced. The class sets via transmog since those for monk have been very hit and miss (some very good pieces, but only 1 set that Iāve ever really liked in full).
that is a good ideaā¦ if you donāt like it, donāt play it.
have a lovely day!
you can get amazing class themed armor sets that look exactly like the challenge mode sets but with a slight recolor from completing your class hall campaign in legion
Stop lying and assuming that everyone wants CM for his weirdness and not his aesthetics.
The difference being that that was never advertised as being one time exclusive, and was actually meant to be reoccurring. It being added to the Trading Post is kind of a rectification of that.
It was marketed as a one time event.
Proof?
Proof?
One more timeā¦proof?
Objectively wrong.
Yes. Yes you are.
