Most mythic sets are different from LFR/norm/heroic. If the effects/shoulder/helm/any piece have different designs, then they’re different sets.

The Legion mythic sets aren’t recolors, no. They have different models.

They aren’t different in the truest sense. The head/shoulders are more pronounced with added details and or elements, but it’s the same set.
