Nah. I said f that. Not about to waste my time playing the impossible lottery. That trinket made so many dps in my guild at the time miserable. Glad I was not one of them.
So increase drop rates. Make gear more deterministic instead of entirely rng. And remove catch up gear.

The only people who complain about titan-forging was Asmongold and Preach. They have both quit the game.
Ion shouldn’t be taking advice from streamers. Streamers are basically the Sean Hannity of WoW. They are only good for entertainment.

Yeah the removal of WF/TF is definitely what killed the game. Nothing to do with the story, or the systems, or borrow power nonsense, or the allegations, or the content being boring. Definitely just the removal of WF/TF.
Titanforging doesn’t fix any of this.

I was actually just raiding with different guilds who did different levels of content. The friends I made 13 years ago when I first started were still raiding up until SoD, but they’re a guild whose end goal is aotc. My other guild wants to get CE every tier.
Item level is not why loot is boring now.
and the mythic raiders, heck, I’ve even seen heroic raiders complain that they feel forced to have to do lfr every week just for a chance at titanforged. There are better solutions, and just adding in titanforging isn’t helping. Combine the valor system upgrade with titanforging, and then we can have a real discussion on how we can bring back titanforging in a way that will benefit everyone without having to feel like you have to do every single difficulty just for a chance at a mythic level piece.

I never said they did. I said they’d get an item that was. And even that 1 item was too much. They didn’t earn it, they got lucky.

This is all a lie and self serving. Very few players actually cared.
Your ideas and players like you in my opinion is why we got shadowlands. A very tiny portion of the player base wants what you want.

Seriously. Its bad enough that I’ve killed heroic Sylvanas 18 times and STILL don’t have the heroic trinket. I can’t imagine the annoyance if titanforging was a thing. Doing Sylvanas on lfr, norma, and heroic every week praying for a titanforge

No worries I’m well aware players that think like you would have to be the last players logging in to realize they couldnt see the truth.
Only a very small portion of the player base disliked TITANFORGING and their motivations for playing the game where short lasting and failed miserably.
How can you be so blind? Are you going to quit once your monopoly on item level is lost when we all can gear up starting in 10.0 and you realize tier sets can be obtained in 9.2 without raiding right? Are you going to quit?

I want the game to be good for everyone just like you do. The difference is that you think titanforging will do that and I don’t.
Would love to see proof of this claim. Most people I know hated titanforging.
No because thats how expansions work. I know all my purples will be replaces with blues and greens in a few levels.
Yeah through m+ as far as I’m aware. Which is fine. The question is how the item level of the tier will work. Will normal drop from keys at +5 to +10? Will heroic drop from keys 11 through 14? Will mythic drops from keys at level 15 and higher?
If I do quit those would not be my reasons for doing so. I’d be quitting because the game isn’t fun anymore. And titanforging would not make it any less not fun for me either.

You prove everyone wanted it cause they didn’t and you know it. Only some influencers and raiders that just sell boosts now. Statistically if you look at how many 2k io players there are and mythic cutting edge players there are all of them belong to a boosting community. Just join the top gold boosting communities they have 100k plus members right in line with how many 2k io players there and cutting edge players their are.
Expansions as we know them are going away, don’t take my word for it and wait and see after 10.0.
I wouldn’t be disappointed it you did and wouldn’t need to you to tell me the reasons I already know why you would.
BRING BACK TITANFORGING IT MADE ALL CONTENT RELEVANT.

All the people who told me they hated TF and were glad to see it removed in 8.3 were just lying to me, for no reason. Sure.

I’ve never cared about io, and I have yet to get a CE (currently working on mythic Sylv though), but I still hate TF and am not a booster.
I don’t really care about the boosting communities or what they do or don’t do. I don’t even care what they like and don’t like. I, as a casual mythic raider trying to get my first CE, do not like TF. I never did. I don’t want it back. Plenty of my friends who are not boosters or CE raiders don’t want it back either.
In what way? You think next expac there won’t be a level increase and our gear will be replaced?

That’s not excuse, ION EXCUSE Why do I want an item from the current raid to harm me, if they ruin all the existing raids in that expansion?
Titanforging is not based on items only from that raid, the expansion has to be used in all its usefulness until the next expansion, we cannot discard it that way just for a system that hardly affects anything.
I want to go to any raid regardless of the level of ilvl of that expansion, like TBC or Vanilla, I do not want another raid that I have to keep up to date just so that elitist give you limits with like your stupid raiderio addon, as if it were in which you need work experience that one has left the university with a professional degree.
Anyway, you want another reason, look for another, that does not work when the rest of the expansion is dying, and worse with other systems worse than randomness such as the Anima items, the ripcord, and Khortia in general.
Do I need to find a Legion specific screenshot for you? I literally showed you an lfr item that was better than its mythic counterpart. Thats what matters.
Titanforging is not a good way to make old raids relevant. Removing catch up gear would be a much better way to do that.
I’m not sure what you mean by this. Are you saying you wish you could get current expansion max ilvl loot from Vanilla and TBC raids?
