I agree with you 1000% OP. It seems like such a minor thing, but it really has eroded my enjoyment of the game. The races have lost so much flavor and uniqueness because every mage casts exactly the same way now. I can’t stand to play some of my characters now because of the silly animations, the worst offender being what I call the “AoE Tantrum” where they stomp their foot. Ugh.
