Bring back personal loot

It’s ridiculous that people with Hero gear can roll on tokens and other gear in LFR

I am so pissed 5 raids on my alt toons and no loot

I am close to canceling my accounts and wait until personal loot is back
Otherwise the whole thing is a waste of time

I guess it’s a good thing you can get better gear than lfr provides by doing trivial world content

It does not matter.
Better geared people are not supposed to roll on lower level gear.
What kind of stupid game play is this?

I don’t want better gear, I want raid transmogs.

They were there, they helped kill the boss, why shouldn’t they be able to roll on gear?

Exactly that’s what it is.
But they leave us out
So bring back personal loot

You can either have personal loot and not get what you want or roll and still not get what you want.

At least with rolling it gives you the illusion of having a chance.

Considering their guild name…it would be difficult to “do” world content if they are almost always AFK.

They are there for transmog, and it makes carrying your alt through LFR easier.

There’s a lot better and easier ways to get better loot.

It’s not coming back. Your alt is more likely to get loot under group loot since people can / will pass on things.

They help down the boss of course they have as much right as you or the next person to roll on need if they want to. I bet all my gold that they did much more to help down the boss than you did since you are Almost always AFK.

Heck I roll need on every item in LFR and mogs and then greed coz I can. I rather vendor it for gold so what you going to do? Complain? Yea funny coz most of the high gear players are doing 80% of the work to down the boss while you afk , laying dead on the floor within the first 5 sec of a boss fight.

If you want to quit please go right ahead you won’t be miss.

Personal Loot had more problems than the current system. It was easier to put a finger on the loot scale to influence drops. It was also easier to stack raids with friends to funnel loot. Also people could still get loot that they did not need. So, the issues you experienced were still there in personal loot.

The old system was everyone in the raid rolling need. Everyone. Then the winners of that roll, and another dice rolled for them on the boss’s loot table. They would get the item that the roll picked. All rolls were hidden.

If you look at the personal loot complaints, you see the same ones of geared people winning loot in LFR and trading it to their friends. You also see, players complaining about winning the same piece of loot over and over.

So… in conclusion. They tried personal loot. The system was pretty widely disliked and did not work out well. So it was reverted. And for good reason.

I prefer this system but I understand your frustration… however, 5 LFR raids with no loot? That’s some ungodly bad luck if true. I feel like I get a piece or token at least 1 out of 4 LFR queues.

Personal loot wouldn’t stop them from getting the drops

Tell you what op, if I win a roll you thought you deserved more than me, I’ll sell it to you lol

I would just vendor it to piss of the OP.

But you want personal loot to give it to them anyways?

I lost heroic best in slots to a shammy healer, i feel your pain.

Who runs LFR for mogs anyway. There are SO MANY better ways of getting LFR level gear for mogs.

I will run LFR for mogs if I am after a particular color tint for something, but more often than not I’m there for something else (Renown/Rep, Dinar Chips, Pets/toys, etc.).
