Am I the only one that is seriously bummed out that some of the old recruit a friend rewards are unobtainable? Personally, I have a friend that I have been trying to get to play the game and she happened to see the Heart of the Nightwing and thought it was super cool. She figured running around as a sphinx would be fun and got a little interested. Feels bad when I had to tell her you canât get it anymore. She said that is stupid, and honestly I couldnât defend Blizzard on that.
Blizzard, please, forget the idea of âseasonalâ recruit a friend rewards which is what it seems like you are moving toward. It is an idea that is literally already failing in practice because she was close to trying the game, and that ruined it for her. Just add to the list of things you get to pick from. Simply put, quit removing things (and making things unobtainable) that make the game fun.
I canât suggest the game to my friends because they are not really listening to feedback⌠and I wont give them more money than I already do in self recruiting myself for mounts I like mounts but not to the point to pay for another account with everything thatâs needed to make it playable.
so no, not really I never cared about those rewards⌠but I hope some of you that care get them back somehow.
Respectfully, if she thinks that is stupid, given the huge amount of limited stuff this game has, she may be better off not playing. It may not be the right game for her my friend.
I mean thatâs the point of the system, along with the more you recruit the more you get. In my opinion itâs rather predatory as if you want the new mount you have to recruit so many people for it. Would be nicer if you got it on the first one versus having to go through the entire armor set and then finally be able to obtain it.
