I know there’s an unused cata gladiator paladin color as well just can’t find it atm.

What if the recolor elite were 1800 but tied to timewalking so you could earn them as long as timewalking was available?

For example:

This week is legion timewalking, have a progression bar pop up that unlocks when you win a match at Rival I (1800) or higher?

Have it progress like the vicious mount obviously not as many games required but same mechanics.

Unlocked after getting rival 1 or 2?

That’ll make arena pop during TW weeks but what about outside of those weeks? Blizzard should just do Timewalking in a weekly rotation

Hmm, that’s what I was trying to figure out. Not sure, would have to think on it.

Being timewalking is never ‘enjoyed’ by PvPers, that could be a good way for people to look forward to them.

What about how like legion had the currency to redeem pieces for “dust”.
and you could obtain currency outside those TW weeks? to redeem sets?

They were doing this for a little and it was amazing, it’s nice being able to experience those old dungeons/raids again while having them be somewhat challenging.

If they did that, my idea would work really well.

If this set ever becomes an elite dk recolor, I would do anything to grab it:

That is hands down one of the best dk sets ever and it’s not even in the game :sob: like

And I just thought of a name for that metaphorical currency.
Something like “Echoes of Valor/Triumph”(first idea for the currency)
or “Memories of the Elite”

Not sure about currency but this is a great achievement name fof completing an elite set during a timewalking week.

The idea of the metaphorical currency was for something like Alts(if preferable) or when TW was done.
But I do see what you mean regarding if my take for “Memories of the Elite” being an achievement.

Maybe every timewalking if you hit Rival I it unlocks and just work towards it like vicious mount until the next timewalking.

It would make it so people q over a longer period of time rather just that week but resets to the next expansuon recolor elite sets within the next timewalking.

Have an option pop up to choose which recolor set from that expansion you’d like to add to your collection.

So an example would be this week is Legion Timewalking.

You hit Rival I the bar unlocks you choose which legion season elite recolor you want to earn you have until next timewalking to complete. You complete the bar by just qing 2s/3s/RBGs or RSS regardless of rating (just like the vicious mounts).

That way, you don’t get all of them at once so it keeps people interested, and you can still earn them regardless of what season/expansion it is.

So, this made me wonder.
Would we have it kept to X rating of 2s/3s and consider SS like “LFR”?
or it being open to all modes?
provided someone likes to play solo?
I mean that would encourage someone to group up with a friend or two and que 2s and 3s. to push the prog bar further or faster.
compared to how SS would in a theoretical scenario.
and you probably mentioned that earlier sorry, brain skimmed some stuff a bit due to being relaxed.

I think if Blizzard could implement a way to earn these kind of elite recolor sets:

By adding a bar that’s unlocked from a win at Rival I during x or y time walking events until the next.

You’d see the ladder boom for a while.

Yeah you and some others definitely are, can’t even keep their word for a while and continue to antagonize after a convo is already over and spam the thread with the same posts and images.
