If they made it obtainable again, make it the same challenge as it was in Legion pre-Antorus.
You know, having to get the required Legion Legendaries to even have a chance at succeeding. Spend a lot of time doing Legion expansion things to get Legion expansion rewards and all that.
I’m usually gainst this, but in this case, and as someone who has 0 appearances, I agree.
They were advertised as limited, and they were indeed limited. Surprise.
Everyone you ask does not matter. Understand this reality. What matters is it was said to be time sensitive, thus it is time sensitive.
Once the art becomes unobtainable, it dies.
There’s a slight tang of irony in that statement. Players who did MT got the best of both worlds. They got an epic experience and the reward to go with it. I have no issue with the Mage Tower making a return, just not the massively-advertised-as-very-time-sensitive rewards.
And they should remove mythic gear from legacy raids as long as they advertise it to be that way from the start of the expac like they did time and time and time again for MT
I’m not sure how I feel about this.
On one hand I’d like it because I was unable to do it due to crappy dsl.
On the other hand I feel bad for the people that did it when current.
On the one hand I would love an opportunity to collect them for my warlock and warrior as I missed legion due to IRL stuff.
On the other hand, I get why people would like it to stay exclusive. People who got it while current now have at least something in the game that says “look I played Legion.” It has nothing to do with the challenge, as most people did it when they were vastly overgeared anyway.
