Don’t look so smug! I know what you’re thinking, but Tempest Keep was merely a setback.
Kael’thas was a true hero to his people with wasted potential. You brought Illidan back and I think Kael’thas needs the same treatment. Have Alleria fetch him out of the void or have some crazy story where he’s reborn out of the sunwell.

I’m honestly on board with this. Bringing him back can’t butcher his storyline any more than TBC did.

I will fully support this if his first line is Battle for Azeroth was merely a setback

Bring back all the horde leaders they keep killing off. It’s stupid that all the cool horde leaders get turned into raid bosses / killed off, yet alliance leaders sit there and nothing happens to them.

A new set of demons I suppose under Kael’thas command?
Guys Kael’thas was a jealous lunatic that did nothing but backstab every person that proved themselves to be smarter and/or more powerful than he was.
His story ended exactly where it should have and if anything was wrong with it, it was the possibility that it was too predictable.
Kael’thas wasn’t really a Horde leader anymore by the end of WC3.

I would love to see Kael’thas back. It would be interesting to see him interact with Jaina, who is by now a very different person than he remembers.

Kael’thas sided with the Legion. He had a fel crystal jammed in his chest where his heart should have been.

Totally agree with you. I want Kael’Daddy back!
Paparapalanoreeee!!! Or whatever he says
He wasn’t a Horde leader by the beginning of Warcraft 3 either. He was the Blood Elf leader, but Kael’thas himself was never Horde. By the time the Azeroth side Blood Elves joined with the Horde, Kael’thas was already deep into his Legion allegiance.

He’ll be one of the raid encounters in the anniversary raid for the mount this November. Should be interesting reading the complaints on the forum about that fight…
After blizz threw him under the bus not once, but twice… no, just let the poor guy rest.
Because the horde are villains in WoW story. Alliance are the knight in shining heroes who only react to evil dragons that occasionally wake up and cause destruction(aka the horde).
That’s like saying Megatron is the villain, but that’s only because the story is told from the perspective of the Autobots.
I’m no villain!
P.S. you build another tree house, and we’ll burn it down too
The more Blood Elves the better imo. Joking aside though, I agree. They did Kael dirty.
Yeah. I didn’t recall it that way but you’re definitely right. Looking back over it he was last affiliated with the Alliance if anything. So Kael is in fact an Alliance leader turned villain and slain.
Varian died.
I liked him so much, too but they killed him off, needlessly imo.
