It was removed in legion for seemingly no reason, at the time it was theorized astral recall might bring us to our order hall somehow but that never actually was true, and nowadays there is little to no reason for it to be unavailable. Also bring back Glyph of Ascendance while we are at it, it was removed when ascendance became a talent, but now a TON of abilities that have glyphs are talents and they work fine so there is no reason for it to be gone as well.

While we’re at it, bring back Glyph of Totemic Encirclement or w/e the one was that allowed us to have a circle of totems around us like the old days.
It was removed when Ascendance became a talent, but that’s not an issue now so they have no excuse.
