Garrisons are still there. Use to your hearts content. 
My level 3 garrison is awesome and I go there a few times a day to use the AH and bank.
All Blizz has to do is update the garrison to let you grow the newest flowers and mine the newest ore. They could also let you use all the people there to go on new adventures and also use the shipyard again for other adventures.
There are many ways to upgrade the garrison and make it useful again. The 20 minute hearthstone for it is excellent and if that is down you could always use your shipyard hearth to get there as well.
I think my garrison is one of the most beautiful parts of the game and I love it. It has 2 hearthstones to get there and a portal that brings you right to Ashran which can then bring you to any other portal in the game.

I would love to see all the abandoned features make a come back.
Farm lets you grow mats from mop to current and beyond.
Class halls give quests to give your characters ability more power. (Yea, I said it!)
Garrison becomes relevant by giving us current crafting in our buildings and a mage tower with portals to the major cities.
Give me a reason to visit these places, and I will go.

I watched the trailer of Hogwarts Legacy and it looks terrible to me. The models are creepy (they look like animated dolls).

I love my Garrisons! If they could update them by allowing us to choose their location, pick architecture types and allow for class/profession structures to be relevant to current content, I would be very happy.
They donāt and shouldnāt be mandatory for any current or future content, just an alternative option with many quality of life options. Along with this, I would like an additional building slot for a cottage/house that can be decorated.

I donāt see the point in housing in a single player game but eh you do you.
They are there but not relevant. Porting them to a Island off of Stormwind would make it more viable for all expansions, adding new content to it, and a personalized Island that is shared with all your characters. Updating the Jukebox sounds with newer sounds, putting relevant ore and herbs, combine all the followers. It would be a big patch but its nothing they are not capable of.

I still use mine for certain crafting that my characters donāt have the skills for. Of course, this is on my monk, and not this DH since DHās came out after WoD, and it didnāt seem to go back on the DH just to build up the garrison after out leveling the whole zone.

They donāt realize how empty the world was with everyone queuing up from within their garrisons. Whenever my DK made the announcement of placing a Blingtron 5000 outside of the garrison, there was a parade of players running to get it, and then back inside.

What would be awesome is if they made garrisons, account based, meaning that what ever you do on your main, your alts see it.
On my main DH, I was able to play him pre-release and started building it in WoD. It was a small headstart but going back through now doing every questline and collecting all the followers. I realized how much I enjoyed WoD. Minus the crappy looking gear, it was really a fun xpac for me. Been playing since BC.
Iāll have to disagree with that. Garrisons were a great idea. Like New World you can purchase a house and decorate it the way you wanted. What I would love to see is giving the ability to fully decorate a garrison. I mean they could totally make an island off of Stormwind/Orgrimar with your garrison. Do local quests for garrisons to earn different pieces to decorate, adding furniture to crafting and what not. New World really did it right in this sense.

I know exactly what a large majority of players want. They liked garrisons, and then a new age of gamer came out saying College Dorms are awesome. That was what we got in Legionā¦ Biggest thing I hated about Legion was Class halls. It was so impersonal. It would be amazing to have the Garrison concept brought back to break up the monotonous game play of dailies and same raids over and over and over. Another option to get gear and what not.
Yes. I loved my garrisons and was bummed that they didnāt have a function beyond Warlords.
Same with my class halls and I am assume I will feel the same about my covenant halls.
