I assume you mean for TBC. It comes in Cata naturally. I have no idea what they’ll change for Anniversary though.

It was removed for game design reasons. They wanted to force more importance on race/class/faction combinations.

Blizz should give us race/class/faction combinations from Cata, except tauren paladin and DKs
for TBC
and Transmog + barbershop
