PEOPLE WANT THEIR CLASSIC CLONES THAT ARE STUCK ON CATA OR ANNIVERSARY CLONED TO CLASSIC.

At this point it just makes sense to have 3 timelines and retail. Classic, TBC, WOTLK. Give people the chance to clone their toons to era as they progress. I dont want to play on a server that is going to release TBC. I want to be able to stay on Vanilla. I dont want to lose my toon to expansions being released. I dont want to lose population to expansion release by staying behind. I dont want to face lvl 70s when i choose to stay lvl 60. No amount of time is going to defuse the fact that we have all our classic toons stuck on CATA. Now its a ghost town with all our VANILLA ERA toons stuck on a expansion no one wants to play or ever wanted to play.

please blizzard just have tbc and wotlk era realms. then have vanilla-tbc-wrath repeating every 3 years with the option to clone to all 3 eras

Those aren’t vanilla era characters anymore. The ‘vanilla versions’ were purged from the system years ago. What you’re asking for has a 0% chance of happening.

If you want a character in Classic era, then make a new character. That’s your only choice. Unless they allow transfers from these fresh servers, which as of now they’ve said they’re not doing. But that could change.
