I would kill for 2h Enhancement, so much good mog to use.

Yeah it looks like its just lava lash and hot hand. And the interaction looks small so I’d imagine its an easy fix. Just buff lava lash to compensate and make hot hand proc of any auto instead of an imbued off hand.
There is Flametongue, wf procs as well and others it would not be a small fix
