I can’t seem to find the quest that opens up the flight path to Brill. Apparently there should have been a quest at level 7 that reveals a flight path. Im now a level 14 undead mage and having to run back and forth. Any advice on how to get that quest to spawn?
You don’t need to do any quests to make it spawn. (Undead do get a quest to show them how to use it, but you can use it before that.) It’s on the north edge of town, past everything else, so it can be easy to miss.
