I’ve been reporting this with the PTR tool for weeks. The talent literally does nothing. Tuning passes when talents don’t even function doesn’t seem like a good use of time.
I wonder if its still written for Blackout Strike from BFA. Since it use to be an Azerite Trait, before we got Blackout Kick back. Hopefully if you keep reporting it, they will notice and fix it. But then again, all the Azerite armor from BFA still says Blackout Strike specifically, and doesnt function, sooooo…

Yeah, like Serenlyn said, possibly it still interacts with the idea of blackout strike. . I’ll test it on beta later on, see what it does, haven’t tested it due to I don’t think the point is worth the node currently the way it’s designed.
Well either target dummy combat log doesnt tell me if it removes stagger or not or i need to run a dungeon which i can later. But currently watching my stagger bar and doing a blackout kick i really cant tell if it removes 8k stagger or not, but i dont see it in combat log either
Might need to /combatlog and try warcraftlogs later

It’s weird, they’ve made TONS of WW and MW posts and changes but haven’t seen BrM touched in weeks now.
