this innkeeper in Shrine of Two Moons no longer gives the option to bind hearthstone or buy any items.
This Innkeeper is still not working.
I used the Innkeeper for years, and now that the Vale is required again it is suddenly “broken” and you can no longer bind upstairs.
have you tried both phases?
You can bind downstairs with a vendor and a mailbox right there too. Yes it means running up the stairs a few times each session but they aren’t happy unless they’re stealing time from us somewhere and it certainly beats flying from Jade Forest.
