Forcing us to stack crit for a passive (Celestial Fortune) is just not a good design. Also the tree is underwhelming compared to Prot War and VDH - there’s just more oomph in those trees top to bottom.
Also there is just a lack impactful CDs (like prot pali) that extend us in heavy hitting bouts. I’m just not a big fan of it right now and feel like there is huge room for improvement.

If they didn’t do a redesign in 11.0.5, zero tuning in 11.0.7, barely 2 lines in 11.1 I wouldn’t hold my breath that they do anything with the class anytime soon.

They feel squish but their rotation doesn’t feel “full” and on top of that, both hero talent trees just don’t cut the vibe check imo - they are rizzless.

I’ve always liked the idea of leaning into stagger more, since it’s such a great mechanic. Make it more like a resource, with damage abilities that hit harder based on stagger and defensive that likewise convert stagger into healing or absorbs.

I agree I feel like there’s so much they could do with stagger, or even more brews to either smash on foes or drink to get a temporary effect

They don’t even have a rotation, you just hit random buttons, doesn’t even matter what you press for the most part. Sometimes you Crane Kick to bring the orbs close and sometimes you use Exploding Keg on big trash packs, that’s like the only thought requirement, outside of Ring of Peace.
Weapons of Order is a weird CD though, not sure why Brew even has it.

Brewmaster has a pretty established rotation that revolves around hitting Blackout Kick every 4 seconds and trying to fill the other 3 GCDs with something important. We barely ever press Spinning Crane Kick.

They even managed to design one of the Delves without thought for Monks, as they cannot shrink the eggs to get rid of the webs.

Brewmaster has needed work for a long time , sadly don’t see it happening anytime soon either as it seems they don’t know what to do with it. Many talents are just filler or just don’t make sense for the spec.
There is still jade lightning but it’s a joke how they did that delve redesign.

Jade Lightning isn’t working. They can get it down to 1 HP and it doesn’t shrink.
Also: yeah… that redesign was bad. So were the totems, imo. And the spores. I liked the originals.

Ah I wasn’t aware jade lightning wasn’t working , haven’t run any delves on my monk since the patch.
My brewmaster complaints are as follows:
Keg smash should hit the whole pack of mobs.
Haste needs to do more.
Balance damage better

I feel like we dont need Celestial Brew either - it was introduced… I forget…a few expansions ago? And it’s an underwhelming alley-oop to clearing high stagger. I mean I’d rather they put Hot Trub (the pvp talent) in place of Celestial Brew tbh.
You sound like a pretty reasonable person. But for real they need to take the whole spec and start over. It’s a lot of unnecessary button bloat tbh and it should be toned down
