But this is my Monk Rasari only 366 il and managed to solo Antros the Zereth Mortis world boss without dying lowest health she go to was probably around 30%
I can’t begin to thank you for these. just the Keg/Fire sequence and the rushing jade/Cran Kick sequence increased my DPS on training dummies by about 40k AND gave me more room on my action bars!
I still don’t have much knowledge about macros. I guess you make them then drag them onto bar X and then just press/click on said macro over the original ability?
I have macros but I don’t use them. I just use key binds… I’ll post my binds below, enjoy. I remapped CapsLock to instead be the Left Alt Key, and I use a 12+ key mouse, 17 buttons on mouse total.

Sidenote: I have Alt modified to self cast, so i can hold Alt and it will Exploding Keg etc will cast on my location or at myself. I suppose this may be seen as a flaw as my healing abilities have Alt+ keybinds, but I’m tanking so eh you can still heal others if need be by targeting ofc. It’s as optimized as necessary imo. I have two rows of action bars without key binds cause they are more quality of life stuff or meant to be swapped with another bind like unselected Warmode stuff, Rez, Toys.
I doubt someone would copy this but I put a lot of thought and work into it.
I would share my keybinds as well as they might help somebody.
I use my 2 extra mouse buttons for ping and misc (important macro etc).
I utilize the shift key (“S” in the list below) for my bars where I switch my mindset as well or are more situational.
I try to keep most buttons the same across all specs.

These are all pretty easy for me to reach and press, so I only need to click spells where I have the time to do so.
I also have a 3x3 action bar close to the middle where I easily can click Potions/Stones etc.
I usually do [@player] for Bonedust, Exploding Keg and White Tiger Statue. Simplifies things significantly and I rarely feel the need to place them anywhere but directly underneath me. @cursor achieves a similar goal, but this way I do not need to think where my cursor is. Considered an @cursor for RoP too, but preferred seeing the reticle personally for knockback purposes.
Only macro I can offer that I haven’t seen posted is a single button modifier macro for Transcendence/Transfer.
#showtooltip
/cast [mod:ctrl] Transcendence; Transcendence: Transfer
It’ll show Transfer by default and when pressing control it will swap that keybind to Transcendence for placement. You can swap ctrl with shift or alt, whichever you prefer.
Lastly, gonna post my keybinds as well just for fun.
