Hello everyone, wondering if I could get some feedback from other Brewmasters on how you do in delves specifically at +11s. I usually play Pally and I’ve been trying to solo delves as Brewmaster, but I cant seem to be able to pull like I can on my pally and live. Literally I cant even do 1 pack almost before I have to start blowing every CD to try and live and even then I eventually just fall over from not being able to sustain. I am just wondering if I could get some help from seasoned Brewmasters on how they do. I dont know if maybe gear plays a huge part in terms of having to be completely optimized specifically for brew in order to do. I will say I am not the best at Brew usually I stick WW or MW. Anyway thank you all for feedback
Mine does great but it isn’t as intuitive as some of the other tanks. You pretty much need to be purifying stagger constantly and use your free vivify on cooldown. Brew is one of my favorites in delves.
Brew is great in delves in my opinion. They’ve got a very reactive kit, and I feel like I’ve not had much problem at all. If I want to push beyond my item level, I go brewmaster.
Idk I don’t even cast a single Viv when I do brew. . Expel harm is plenty. I have to assume op has glaring rotational issues.
I find Brm to be very easy in delves. Just stick bran on as DPS, and have fun.
I have zero issues as Brew. If you are having problems maybe just set Brann to healer spec? Step on a potion when in danger? Gear isnt that important, I was doing 11’s around 630 Ilevel, I’m like almost 680 now though, with the belt, and full powers so now it’s a joke. Maybe you are standing in stuff or not interrupting? Mechanics do matter for a few of them, like you gotta pick up something at the start and kill stuff on the floor.
I play various tanks Port Pally, port Warrior, VHD, Guardian Druid and sometimes Brew, and now started BDK. I would say out of all the tanks, Brew seems to be the worst off in delves. Not saying they are terrible, just compare to other tanks, they are not as good. Simply, i think is because they have low damage compared to other tanks. Thier offensive CD is a ramp up abiltiy and by the time I start to do any damge mobs just just die making it pretty uesless. Stagger is ok you don’t really need it most of the time but I think geenrally is the low damamge that make it seem like clearing devles solo takes a lot longer compare to other tanks
This. I kind of think about stagger as being like reverse shield block or reverse ignore pain. Where when it’s low you can take a lot of damage and when it’s red you take a lot of damage. So it’s like you’re trying to deplete it rather than maintain its uptime.
I have zero issues with T11 delves as Brew. I actually found it faster and more steady than BDK.
Biggest thing any brewmaster has to do is learn to be ok with your health in between full and 60%. In that space your orbs usually accumulate and expire in waves that fill your health bar.
Make sure to have shuffle up, purify regularly (in delves purifying green is common) use the celestial shield on hard hitting mechanics.
I have Brann on dps. But when beginning I had him on heals.
One of the reasons I find brew faster then DK is simply they move faster
Is fine just that it takes longer to clear delevs since they do a lot damage compare to other tanks.
Brann dps with max dps setup. Pull big and aoe down. Rinse. Repeat.
Honestly have no issues as brew. WW is much harder because death is a thing.
Between Exploding Keg and Leg Sweep, you can’t even be damaged for like 7 seconds straight, then you can ring of peace the moment they come out of stun, you can do half their HP before they can even touch you.
Press Tiger Palm, RSK and Blackout Kick and they will all just eventually fall over. Brew is criminally easy in Delves.
