Brewfest Stein Voucher not being provided

When you complete “Now This is Ram Racing… Almost.” you are not getting the Stein voucher to redeem for whichever coloured stein they are giving away this year.

Yup, to my knowledge it’s supposed to unlock the quest for the Stein and it is not.

Same issue. Tried my main and figured you couldn’t have duplicates. I tried a fresh leveled 70 char and no quest.

I have the same issue, completed the Ram Racing quest on two characters and neither got the stein voucher.
