Why do holiday rewards like this have to have such a god awful drop chance? If there is one company on Earth that doesn’t know how to make it’s customers happy, it’s Blizzard Entertainment.

So far, I believe the drop rate is 0.00%. This is from running on over ten alts every day.

Protodrake is best drake, so of course I’ve still never seen a saddle drop while running it every 60+ character I got

13 level 70 characters. Ran everyone every day. Haven’t seen it drop at all.

I got super lucky and got it on my first kill of the year so idk what the drop rate actually is. Already have everything else from years ago so I haven’t had to run it but the 1 time

I almost think they flag some of us as useful chumps. Like, ‘They’re willing to run this tons of times per day. Let’s make sure they don’t get it to help keep queue times low’. I mean, I don’t actually think that, but sometimes…

I got it a few days ago, the Kodo the day before that. Now if only the Ram would drop already…

Sadly I’ve gotten the ram many times but could never get the kodo to drop even once over the years…

I just got the saddle from my 1st run of the day. Saves me from having to run it 9 more times today.

that’s not accurate. i got it on my 2nd run, therefore the drop rate is 50%.

I did get an official response from Blizzard upon trying to reach out for specifics on the content that we pay for! This is what I got:

"Hello ****,

I’ve taken a look into this and after some investigation, I believe this is working as intended. I hope you understand we can’t provide hints of the game. If we gave you this answer it might take away some of the fun!.."

Rest assured everyone! We can’t get the drop nor should we know the chance because that knowledge could ruin your game experience lol…

Most people don’t want to spend YEARS farming extremely low drop rate mounts. It took me 7 or 8 years to get the Headless Horseman mount.

Well thats kinda of a mmo thing, if people dont want to do that they should play a diff game

I think people take the concept of “buying” stuff too literally because they lack critical thinking. For most (myself included) make this manuscript like 400-500 brewfest tokens at the VENDOR*. (Vendors sell stuff*) In this case you would play the event up till you developed the currency to simply purchase the event item you grinded for!

Or you could spam run this and maybe get it lol, idk, I’m a simple guy and like option 1.

The drake saddle? I got it my second try. I didn’t know it was rare.

The mounts are a lie, though.
