After accepting the daily quest Brewfest Ram Racing quest, Flynn Firebrew would not throw me the Keg to take back to Neill Ramstein. This resulted in me not being able to do the quest and no Brewfest Prize Tokens awarded.

This happened to me too! Real bummer as this is the best way to farm tokens.
Same issue here as well. I have 104 free bag slots on this character, so that’s not the issue.
I also had the problem that the panda with the kegs would not throw them at me. It first happened on my blood elf priest so I thought was just an isolated issue but then I tried to do the event on my Panda Shaman and the same thing again happened so I am out the tokens on not one but two of my characters. As a result, they miss out on the achievement for having all three the hat, dress, and slippers not to mention will not be able to collect them. Disappointed.
