Brewfest NPC and quest missing

I have been having problem with retail since they updated the banking system and now the the holiday calendar is in full swing it has gotten worse. There are several quest I’m missing out on because the npc are missing. I have done everything customer support suggested and have gone so for to doing a fresh install that didn’t fix anything it didn’t even show the gear I can’t see, but support can. Any suggestion would help.

9/28: I did a fresh install today and there are only 2 npc giving dailies. But looking at wowhead there at least 23 quest for the alliance. I have even gone and played the lowest level alt and I still have 2 npc giving dailies.

I’m in the same boat you are. I only see two available quests and it’s the dailies just outside the entrance

That’s correct. There are only two dailies.

Well no activity inside the ring where all the brew servers are actually work for me

Most NPCs didnt give me quests until i talked to the one in front of the entrance of the festival who welcomes you.
