I don’t know who designed this event… but he deserves a smack on the back of his head. I play in a low-pop server, but even in a low-pop server I have to fight many other players wanting to do that event.
Why? Because the debuff that prevents you from competing again only lasts 5 minutes. That’s just a couple of games. And you need to WIN FIVE TIMES to be able to get the toy prize.
So… those that finish their turn, never leave, so the number of people you have to “fight” against to get in one of the four seats never diminishes.
Was it really SO HARD to implement a “line” system like it is in the Brawler Arenas?
One of the current devs seems to really love forcing players to fight over stuff like this, because NEVER being able to participate in the Brewfest Chowdown because 50 billion players are standing on top of the chairs and sniping the seats is so much fun.
Oh yes. Mashing my mouse button in the hopes I’m mashing it just a little faster than the other players, hoping I finally get to play… but no. Someone always clicks faster. And my mouse’s durability only suffers with no gain.
LOVE the RNG of the food on the plate! Also kudos to Blizzard for having people start with some points off the bat! Mostly 1’s but can’t eeven believe i saw someone start with 2 points! YES! This is what we wanted Blizzard! THANK YOU! /sarcasm
It was hard to tell if the new fence models could be jumped over, for one. Also, ALL mounts are affected by the Brewfest Chowdown dismount radius thing. That’s annoying as well, particularly on characters who don’t have flying yet.
Oh, HELL yes, there is all the need for a line-up. I’m sitting here for over twenty minutes, trying to get to sit to participate in it, meanwhile, someone else has already participated TWICE.
