failed to get this achivement today despite having 23/18 ( more than required)
I’m going to presume you’re using the addon Instance Achievement Tracker to track this, which actually increments its counter if you break any wall equal or greater than #4, meaning you likely broke a multitude of 5th walls.

yeah, it was probably Instance Achievement Tracker. It gives the lead the option to send raid warnings indicating the progress of the achievement and when its safe to clear the boss, though like I said, its tracking isn’t perfect. Best way to know for sure when boss is safe to kill is by shift clicking the achievement so it opens up as a tracked objective in your objective panel. When the achievement is ready, the text will generally turn green.
