For the Horde unaware, Andiun mentions Tyrande is not present because she is on the path of vengeance. It’s probably foreshadowing (Velen wasn’t there but they didn’t mention him.)
Hmm, makes me wonder if we get to fight Tyrande. Maybe she betrays everyone for power from Nzoth to attack the horde. id love to kill her, shes been useless since launch of the game.

Blizzard just finally acknowledged that because of how ridiculous the endless predictable “fight each other-team up-fight each other-team up” cycle has become.
By referencing it in the story itself, they can pretend the inevitable continuation of that cycle is somehow a profound plot point, rather than what it is: a cheap and lazy gameplay-specific requirement in a game that insists on maintaining two factions that cannot ever decisively win or lose.
Why is everyone all of the sudden wanting to kill Tyrande? Because blizz can’t write her right?

You mean like the tauren racial leader who got killed, the orc racial leader who went MIA for two expansions, the second orc leader who got killed, the troll racial leader who got killed, the warrior class orc hero who got killed, or the undead racial leader they turned into garrosh 2.0?

None of the Playable races need to be degraded even further… there is so much material to work with beyond hitting random leaders with the villain bat.

We’ve just had 15 years of the same Horde vs Alliance in one way or another. I’m curious where they are going to go with it.
