For the quest “Break It Down” in Ardenweald it has you flying with Enchanted Wings buff that allows brief flying, and you collect Primrose’s Pyroterchnic Powder that are in hanging baskets.
Well trying to loot these items, it doesn’t pick up the item, and it cancels my Enchanted Wings flying buff.

This problem, in my experience, only exists when trying to utilize the dust from the inventory that grants 1.5 minutes of flight.
For quest-related things in that area, try using the shimmering baskets, that grant 60 seconds of flight, and allow interaction while flying.
Another difference: The 60 second basket wings disappear when leaving the area/zone, while the 1.5min inventory clickables can be used away from the quest area, such as to gather other treasures (but will still disappear when interacting with something).
Just saw this. I had the same problem last night. Not sure if its a “working as intended” thing or not, but I had to collect the dust, fly up to a pod, land on the box I was opening, then fall back down. Once I found two pods super close and I opened both of them from one pod.
