Weird they listed BRD when it was a level 52 plus dungeon.

No, the first area of BRD is sub 50 loot. Always has been.
Jail runs all day
In before Horde BRD leveling exploit hasn’t been fixed.
The Ring of Law bosses are 53-54 though.
This would make a very weird instance if it’s only the jail bosses.

You know the guys that just gave shamans even more AP while being nearly double other people’s AP and letting them have SP from it.
Shaman tanks at 40 if they have the new rune would effectively have nearly 200 more SP than me in full bis minus the healing ring + wb, consumes, and sigil.

I think they stay as they are. Just ppl can have access to them like rfk in p2 uld in p3. You can get in there, but at certain point it will gets too difficult to kill
