I was expecting something completely different… were 6/8 heroic, 8/8 normal, and could only get down the 4th boss on normal. It needs a big nerf for everyone to be able to experience it.
The scaling is absolutely broken atm. Normal can be cheesed at least with low levels, who are OP in the raid.
As for heroic, this is a raid that can be difficult even for gear in ilvl 625 or higher. I repeat, this raid is supposed to be tuned for 597-605 folks judging by the 610 ilvl loot, yet it’s difficulty FOR 620+ FOLKS. WHAT IS THIS TUNING?
Like even if you do mechanics, the damage is beyond ridiculous, and please fire whoever re-designed Angerforge, because that horrendous +10 minutes guantelet slog is anything but fun.
Don’t worry, jumping to heroic, it’s doing Mythic NP levels of damage on some of the fights.
Sitting at 626, doing 2.5 mil dps for the first 2 fights, and still just barely clearing them.
Some of the damage is upwards of 10 million over 7 seconds for unavoidable pulses on the first boss. It’s just not at all designed well.
Over here expecting a casual, fun break. Same old one shot BS they’ve been doing the entire expansion.
Devs need to play the game mandatorily.
Yeah, my guild is 7/8 heroic NP with great progress on queen, and we slammed our face against the first heroic brd boss for an hour before calling it quits and going to normal and still struggling having difficult (but very doable) fights there.

I think having a little challenge to it is good. The LFR version was the typical cake walk experience and was a bit disappointing.
But yeah, geared and coordinated raids shouldn’t be struggling on normal
