Thanks for reaching out to us. I understand you didn't get a Brawler's Footlocker from doing a PvP Brawl quest. I'll be happy to shed some light on this!

The tooltip for the rewards when you mouse over it is actually just a potential reward. It's not a guarantee that you will actually get that specific item it shows. Much like when you're leveling a new character, and you check your adventure journal and it recommends a dungeon, and it shows you a potential gear reward from that dungeon.

I can definitely understand how this is confusing though (it sure confused the heck out of me >_<), and I would recommend that you submit feedback to our developers if you want that to change.

Edit: Ok one comment to clear up confusion. The video is designed to show a potential employee working at Blizzard, not necessarily an actual one. Hope that clears things up /wave

lol. then why don't they put (example: loot) like they did for raid loot icon on that very same tab in the adventures guide?? feels like they're baiting people into thinking that you get one for the first win of the week like before. Pretty much all this expansion has been is loot baiting and favoritism.
