last boss of sidestreet as a healer with tank brann. runs boss into puddles and the poison river. if he survives that he runs back halfway through the delve to pull more

He’s done that with me many times in that Delve.
His Tank AI loves that vomit for some reason.
Just let him die or run back the other way and he’ll come to you, if you can keep running you’ll eventually have time to rez him if he’s not already back up.

Run Brann as a healer with little red bottles. Then do the heavy lifting yourself.

Always clear everything before the boss so brann can’t pull anything

I just did this 11 on my Druid, and I cleared all 3 levels of the last room. I start with the boss down at his end. Kite him slowly back toward the trash ramp going to the next level, and then kite back again up the stairs to the platform.
Once it is all purple, I just hop down where it is safe, and repeat. Takes 3 trips, but worth it to win without a death. Plus I giggled cause I was in 681 gear and it recommends 697. Even dropped a cracked keystone 2 for Operation Floodgate.
