Whoever designed Brann… quit, more importantly, whoever designed this pos new Fungal Folly delve… quit and find a job as a janitor.
Brann jumping around like a complete fool pulling adds is beyond f’ing infuriating. Brann tank… more like Brann floormat. He SUCKS as a tank.
This new fungal folly delve… I love jumping down like you do every other story, missing the first set of nuts and bolts because my pet was stepping over it only to kill the worms and even the black blood worm and not completing it because halfway through I was like, why can’t I find more teleporters to unlock. Let me go to the beginning. Oh, look, there’s a “nuts and bolts” on the ground. Picked it up. RESTARTS THE F’ING DELVE QUESTS, but not the mobs. No more worms to kill. Can’t complete, have to restart the entire damn delve.
Also, whoever decided to nerf my pet’s survivability… quit…simply, quit and stay away from game development. Seriously, the amount of times I have to revive because I can’t spam heal my pet fast enough is ridiculous to say the least, especially since Brann SUCKS as a tank…as a companion overall to be honest. Let me feign death to recenter myself and … nope… Brann just hops around like a fool, heals himself over and over, bringing mobs on top of me. Absolutely dumb and beyond infuriating.

Those guys are really good with surviving. Also make sure your set to Tenacity.

As a pet class you should be running Brann as a healer and just pick up the potion to heal your pet tank. Works wonders for my demo lock.
Have you tried taking his brain out and putting it back in?
Really doesn’t change him much but I sure felt better afterwards. STUPID DORFS!!!
he is horrible right now…delves in general have not been enjoyable so far this patch for a couple reasons, but mainly Brann as tank.
i am trying to use him to tank for my shadow priest…the mobs hit way too hard for me to have him be a healer, but he is the worst tank ever. his pathing draws way to many extra groups…if you drop down a ledge, he will run all the way around and kite the whole delve…its like hunter pets in BC all over again. then there is his positioning…he consistently turns the boss TOWARDS me, so i have to keep moving (and cant cast), and/or drags them over to me when i am trying to keep range. I am a caster…i am not supposed to be in melee range of the dang boss! then, after the fight is over, he literally stands on whatever i am trying to loot or pick up, or says “oh champion, i am gonna need a break after that one” but then doesnt heal himself!!!
i spent almost an hour trying to clear the Underkeep because as a shadow priest, i dont have an interrupt, so the only thing i can do when the boss casts Encasing Webs is LOS him behind the vats, but the moron kept bringing the boss over to where i was standing and gave him back the line of sight…horrible…either give me a tank that can actually tank, or stop making fights that certain classes cant play because our kit doesnt work with the mechanics.

I’m using him right now as Tank with this mage.
Use Battered Aegis. It’s the one curio that makes him viable.
The healing from it makes Brann self-sustainable.
He’s bad without it.
He eats if you stop moving.
If tank Brann isn’t good enough, healing Brann definitely is.

Silence doesn’t work against encasing webs?
Maybe just switch him to healer for the boss. He doesn’t melee very often, so you shouldn’t be taking much damage from that.
Yeah, younhave to stand perfectly still. Even if you turn, he stops…thats a ton of fun
