We’re well into TWW now, and ti has its ups and downs.
but Brann, great idea, but somethings just are… abnoxious and not well working.
Please, PLEASE let us turn off certain abilities of Brann. They’re either not actually helpful, or worse, less helpful.
EG: His Dino egg is terrible. Constantly taking DPS away from targets, gets in the way of targetting since it shows up as an enemy, and often takes the tab targetting you mean for enemies.
Since I use Brann as a healer, The amount of damage his dino does is next to nothing. it doesn’t agro or tank so what’s the point?
Let us disable the abilities that get in our way more than help.
(Heck, Let us do Delve’s without him at all if we want. He’s not all that helpful without a tank spec and some classes just don’t benefit from him at all)

I want to disable this ability or change it out for another ability this is a useless skill you have to destroy the egg to get the dino out which is very annoying since it keeps you in combat. This Egg of his is hyper annoying. I vote yes.

It’s one of the most pointless and annoying abilities. No point of the egg needing to be DPSed to open, especially when it will auto-open 10 seconds anyways.
All it does is screw over rotations, targeting and ability to click on enemies cause it’s in your way.
it’s a terrible ability that was clearly not play tested nor listened to the beta feedback which was mostly the same.
Blizzard never tests anything anymore they just toss it on live on to Yolo it.

TWW has great ideas. Some good implementations. but has been one of the buggiest expansions to date with some of the most bizarre, half finished things.
It’s actually pretty on par for Microsoft style development. Ship the least viable but “usable” product, and hope to fix it later.
TWW feels rushed with how some of these weird things are. Nothing truly game breaking so far for me, But a lot of questionable decisions that seem like little to zero thought truly went into it.
Fixing the machine is another example I use.
it feels like a 30 second idea and 10 minutes of programming, without any thought about how it actually plays or if it’s fun.
i liked the egg when i was doing 11’s for the relatively on-demand AOE stun it provided
Won’t say no to more abilities to customize his load out or determine his skill rotation/chain, though

They can change the egg for a AOE stun skill. Why have the egg you have to force open?
This one time, at ?? Zekvir camp, I tab targeted for an interrupt and got Brann’s egg instead of Zek. I was in P2.
That made me throw some colorful words at the screen.

well, if we could control when the egg was used, yeah, i think making it insta-stun would make sense.
but having it insta-stun when it comes out could possibly throw off any other CC you’ve got planned. throwing in some action required to cause it to stun mobs around means there’s gameplay - however rudimentary - behind it. It allows the players to decide “do i want to proc a stun now? or should i tunnel these adds? or should i grab more mobs, bring 'em over, then kill egg for a big stun?”

I think the Dino stuns an enemy every like 5 seconds
you mean in like a “taste the rainbow, you knave!!” kinda fashion?

Its my most common death to zek.
trying ot change target to hit the spider before it spawns, only to accidentally tab target the egg which JUST spawned and took my DPS nuke instead.
then I just get stunned and die.
But I don’t do the Zek fight a lot. It’s a terrible fight that simply cannot balance around all the classes / specs. EG, mage fire is nearly impossible because you simply cannot nuke the spider down fast enough even if you have high overall DPS. you’re essentially stuck doing it in frost or arcane.
Warrior wise, I’m forced to do it Fury as once again, Tank can’t dps the spider/egg enough before it spawns and stuns you. all the same time you have to interrupt and avoid Zek
Zek Fight is the prime example of over-the-top for no reason tuning.
Rub your belly in clockwise motion, while tapping your head, singing the alphabet backwards, hopping on one foot in a counter clockwise circle for 10 minutes.
at some point it’s not fun. it’s tedious. especfially when a single mistake ends the fight, even when he’s at 1% and you’ve been perfect till then.
It’s a bad fight. Bad design, poorly implemented room mwith horrible camera angles forced.
I’ve done it. Got what I wanted form it, and I don’t do it anymore.

Yeah, that! It was totally PG-13.
Yeah same. I’m glad I got it but I won’t be going back on other specs/classes. I’ve done my time!

man, i need to give Double ? Zekky some more tries. Haven’t in probably a month at least?
This is like THE definition of a non-issue. You can literally just ignore the egg whenever it’s up. I have no idea what you’re doing that a single nameplate is screwing up your rotation, but it sounds like it has nothing to do with Brann…
