Can no longer buff Brann also.
The buff change and damage nerf can’t be intentional. It seems way too extreme. I wonder if they flubbed something up when they made other delve changes.
Update: Brann goes AFK in delves randomly and just doesn’t attack at all.
IMPORTANT Update #2: Swapping Brann to Healer then back to DPS confirmed to “fix” Brann for now. Your mileage may vary.

He’s doing about 5% of my Holy Priest’s damage.
He was basically matching my Ele Shaman’s damage a few hours ago.
They’re definitely live-patching things again with no announcement.
And you can’t cast Mark of the Wild on him anymore. This seems so odd to me and why I think something is broken.
Why can’t you buff someone in your party even if it is an NPC? You can buff NPCs in follower dungeons so it doesn’t make sense at all.
I noticed this too.
Really fun when the end boss has 50m+ hp and I do significantly less DPS than damage specs.

I wonder if this was a fix to buffs on him to prevent people from using Misdirection or ToT to make Brann tank.

Brann is going AFK and not doing damage mid fights.
Yep, just happened to me.
He also went from doing massive damage to his rapid-fire doing 45k per tick.
His cooldowns bring his DPS up to about 70k dps now. It’s atrocious.
Something definitely happened. He’s dying multiple times in my delves now, never did before.

on a Bountiful T6 Tel Rathan Abyss just now set to healer he just…stopped…healing in the final boss fight twice.
Not a single healer ability the entire fight, twice. He’s shooting and bouncing around and yelling unhelpful things but not, you know, doing his job.
Third time he healed and I beat it fine but WTF?!?
He’s getting chunked for 30-40% of his HP from the most random garbage, going afk mid-fight, and doing a ton less damage.
Do they test anything internally?
Sounds like they’re trying to put out their tirefire with gasoline.
I doubt someone’s messing with him intentionally on a Saturday evening, however it wouldn’t be surprised if something’s gone wrong.
I am 100% on the side of this being a massive bug.
Brann was fine for our 4 bountiful delves earlier, except he kept running deeper in and pulling more stuff.

Yeah I noticed it in the middle of my delve.
I disagree for one simple reason; if something just broke at random without any hotfix being implemented, that’s an even worse and more dumb scenario.
My Brann literally just dropped a firecamp and started eating while fighting 3 enemies.
You can’t even make this up.
