Brann is just, irredeemably awful

Everytime I hear “HERE WE GO!” I brace for the sweet release of death that Brann will bring me after pulling 20 mobs.

No. The issue is either your gear or your play.

brann is the average wow player so in hating him you hate the majority of the playerbase

Remember the wod followers? They added a tool to shrink them but of course thats too much work nowadays.

as a tank player, brann is fine as dps, even though he gets a little rambunctious and pulls stuff I didn’t want yet. but if he pulls it, he tanks it

where I find him absolutely the worst is as dps in ky’vesa hardmode.

I have completed that challenge but was in there again last night for “fun” to see if extra ilevel makes it any easier.

brann had other plans.

again, he routinely dies in the void pie slice. and then last night, he was tanking her. I mean, he had her in him for a solid 15 seconds. I even think he died, but she stayed on him.

a couple of things about when he dies in Kyvesa HM:

  1. he has a red line that comes out of his head that is the same color as the outline of the assassins. given how bad visibility is in this content, this extra distraction is ridiculous.

  2. of course his void circle gets dropped in a place where you might not be able to make a good isosceles triangle.

  3. when he dies, the content just feels buggy.

I have had times after a wipe where some form of ghost brann keeps running into her room and dying. even to the point where he pulls her and she comes into the preparation hallway and attacks me.

buggy a/f

I feel like delves are fine, if a little too repetitive, aside from this. Brann’s AI just makes the whole experience frustrating and feel like it is not worth the effort. And they have intentionally made him even more annoying with each season for some god awful reason known only to Blizzard.

Just makes delve companions act similar to hunter/warlock pets. I don’t need a headless chicken doped up to the eyeballs on amphetamines bouncing all over the place aggro’ing everything in sight and being generally useless otherwise. Either fix the delve companion AI or just get rid of them entirely.

If Brann struggles to do the bare minimum, Valeera Sanguinar will have more flair.

she will be disneyfied and not be allowed to be pretty or hot anymore cause women hate looking pretty apparently and its misogny if they want to according to some :dracthyr_lulmao:

That’s because he is usually correct.

Narnia is a magical place, and you should be thankful!

I like Brann. I’d never blame him for my own failures. I like that he’s upbeat and full of life and you’ll find me where the action is. I just don’t see Brann pulling entire rooms like I read here in the forums.

All in all, I don’t want him to be perfect.

You clearly don’t know how to use Healer Brann.

Brann has been awful for decades.

Halls of Stone, waiting for him to press buttons for a boss encounter was just annoying. It’s a long standing tradition of Brann’s to annoy the player.

That’s a little extreme.

But I do remember seeing him in Uldum with some quests and he said, “Follow me!” and he starts slow-walking. Then he says, “Just kidding!” and takes off running.

Valeera Sanguinar? Is that who we’re getting in Midnight?

The name sounds familiar but I can’t place it. I’m assuming she’s obviously an elf of some sort, but I can’t remember who she is.

I hope she has voice lines that don’t get quite as old after awhile.

That’s the one.

Yeah, but who was she again? I forget.

It’s not really an extreme to call a character in a game annoying lol.

Copied from a website:

Valeera Sanguinar, along with [Broll Bearmantle], was a companion of [Varian Wrynn]. She eventually became an enforcer for the [New Council of Tirisfal] and accepted the position of an advisor and bodyguard to Varian in [Stormwind], with the caveat that she retain her [independence].

She is a [blood elf], taking pride in her people’s traditions and defending their tribulations and loyalties. However, she herself acts independently of the [Thalassian government], and has formally joined neither the [Horde] nor the [Alliance] since her introduction but is fiercely loyal to Varian and his son [Anduin].

Valeera herself maintains that her loyalties are personal, to her friends and her ideals.

I dunno if that helps…

Sorry for the poor formatting, had to remove links.

I assure you Narnia is not nearby.
