I had not done a delve in a bit because I was playing my bear and outgrew delve max gear rewards. When I did play one a while back Brann was tough and stayed alive. I started a new toon recently and been playing delves again and Brannn literally dies on every pull. What is this? Hes become worthless.
You were playing a bear tank before so chances are good you were taking most if not all of the beating in those delves. If you’re playing a DPS now it’s definitely going to be a different experience.

No idea unless they nerfed Brann in the last few days then. He’s been pretty sturdy in my experience as well.

One of the abilities/curios you can choose from for Brann give him strong DPS, but he dies very easily, switch that one out and you should be fine, I do not know the name of it offhand.

My brann can face tank 4 fish people while I autoattack one on Tier 8 delves.

Only place I have heard of Brann dieing is for the people doing Zekvir ?? (Hard Mode). I guess he can die easy enough in that.
then keep aggro off Brann.
That’s probably the issue Volley. 
The rage idol or whatever it is called. It eats him up if you aren’t playing a healer.

I can’t feed that stinky wet dorf to the bugs fast enough.
He is worthless. and the problem isn’t that he dies too often, it’s he doesn’t stay dead. That’s my opinion based I when I solo delves, I find Brann to be annoying. Some don’t agree with my opinion, some do.
They have nerfed him. Blizzard found him to be too powerful, to the point he was carrying players through higher Tier levels.
I tried him today on a fresh hunter.
Seemed to be ok on an 8.
The one he almost always faints on my main is Zek ?? For me. P2 is too strong for him.

Using it on any spec that isn’t a healer is pretty much a trap option
I can’t get the achievement because he won’t die.
