When you have most NPCs as companions and you use Feign death they also use Feign death of some sort.
Unfortunately this doesn’t work with Brann. IMO it should.
Brann has a mind of his own. One thing I will say about him, he brings a little humor into the fight.
Reminds me of Scotty, played by Jim Doohan, on the original Start Trek.
“But Cahp-ten, the Sheeels woon be hold’en !!!”
“Doon’ stand THERE !!”

Brann isnt just “an npc”. He is a COMPANION! When you FD, do your other companions FD with you? Newp!
It works on Brann. It is just a different type of death. Brann does ‘Brann Death’!
Brann Death, spell: Brann suffers brain death and immediately finds something really bad to stand in.
Easy.
