I have been doing my bountiful delves on 3 characters. Brann should have dinged from 47-48 a few delves ago but he stopped gaining exp at 262013/262500. He gained experience all through level 47. It takes about 5 tier 8 delves to level him up 1 level from level 45 on…roughly. I only post this because there is nothing about his cap being increased from 38 and nothing about a new cap of 47…so…what gives.
Mine isn’t even 30 yet lol

Its 28 bountiful delves a week and thats across all characters. So after you do 28 exp is capped for the week

My Brann just dinged 30.
My strat in T8s is to use Heroic Throw on a mob/pack … and then run away.
If I attack, I’ll have aggro, and (for 90% of pulls) have to deal with 9 spells and only 3 interrupts/ defensives. It’s nothing but trouble.
But if I HT and run away, Brann will start shooting and take aggro.
From there, just let him keep shooting, until about 50%. Nothing I can do will strip aggro at that point. So I start nuking from 50-25% … and at 25%, Brann does a critical shot that instantly kills them.
I finish the fight at like 40% health (from unavoidable AoE, etc), and Brann is at like 95%.
He’s an unstoppable killing machine, that can ONE-SHOT MOBS AT A FULL 25%!!! Even with Execute, it would take me 20+ hits to kill these health-sponges. Brann ONE-SHOTs all of that!
And I’m i610!!! lol I can’t one-shot anything. All the while he’s tanking everything without skipping a beat. I’ve never seen Brann go below 40% health. Dude is insanely OP. I feel like I would need to be i800 to play at his level.
Is there another class that can one shot these mobs from 25% to 0??? I can push 3M dps on a big AoE pull, but I don’t have a SINGLE ABILITY that alone does 3M+ damage. wtf???

I’m not sure why you’d have to run away on a t8 and wait at 610 ilvl. I could solo them on t8 on some classes at like 580.
As a healer they are terribly slow now compared to before he was bugfixed.
At only 580 ilvl with a level 15 to whatever Brann when they first came out he could regularly do 1m DPS and burst for over 3m DPS.
Now at 603 ilvl with a high 40s Brann, he does 100k DPS as a damage dealer on some pulls. He only really does mildly respectable damage in AoE when he pops cooldowns.
His execute is useful but his dps still seems terrible. Maybe you hit some kind of magical scaling level when you hit 610? Maybe he scales well with warrior AP buffs for some reason? 
I just kick Brann from the group at the beginning. I can’t stand the dwarf anymore and I don’t need him also. Good riddance

I was generalizing. For melee mobs, certainly not. This game treats melee enemies as a joke. Can you dodge a frontal every 2 minutes? tuff!
It’s casters. Interrupting a cast is SUPPOSED to put that ability on a CD. Instead, all it does in Delves is reset the timer. They just cast again right away.
So I have a choice: I can start fight against a SINGLE MOB, and when they start casting: use my first interrupt… then my second interrupt… then my third interrupt, etc etc etc and likely have TO STILL eat at least one spell which will do about 30-40% damage. The damage is insane, but obviously not a threat.
But spell casters often come in groups of 2-3. There’s no PRACTICAL way to manage that kind of spell interruption. And that many spells will QUICKLY kill you. I can stagger it so that I can manage the use of Victory Rush, use potions, and allllll those other tools to flex I know my toolkit … or just lulz and let “Brann the Unstoppable” do the heavy lifting.
It really comes down to: do I want to focus, tryhard, and do it in 15mins? Or do I want to hang out in Discord, crack jokes and have fun while barely paying attention, let Brann do everything, and have it take 20mins?
I often choose Option B. Being 610 doesn’t change all that much. I can eat 4 spells instead of 3. That doesn’t matter when 17 are being cast at you.

There really should be a law against time gating for content you pay for.
I thought max was level 38. Unless its a weekly time gate I havent heard of. Mine is 35 or 36 as of yesterday
I’ve only done 4 bountifuls not on my main, and I ran in to the “limit” last night. 28 sounds pretty accurate.
They’re doing this to limit people boosting Brann’s level to cap with alts, but it also screws people in the opposite direction if they weren’t aware of any limit and ran any bountiful delves under Tier 8 on those alts. The limit doesn’t care how much XP was earned; only that it was a bountiful.
It seems to go up every week. I don’t think they ever officially announced it.

Ok, so he does still go to 60. Theyre just gating it 10 lvl per week it seems.
